Items are shipped to the mailing address you supplied unless otherwise discussed. Shipments are made through United States Postal Service unless otherwise discussed or an international order. All orders have a tracking number which you will receive. Once packages are dropped off to the post office we are not liable for anything that happens, but if you reach out to us we will try our best to resolve the problem.
